Platonic solids as silver jewelry.

A Platonic solid is a regular polyhedron in three dimensional space. Being a regular polyhedron means that the faces are identical in shape and size and the same number of faces meet at each vertex. They are named after the Greek mathematician and philosopher Plato, who studied these three dimensional figures. There are only five such polyhedra; tetrahedron, cube, octahedron, dodecahedron, and icosahedron.
