I had a small exhibition with a selection of my silver proteins as well as some small molecules we recognize in everyday life.

The molecule in December is safranal. It is an organic compound isolated from saffron. Safranal is the constituent primarily responsible for the aroma of saffron.

The molecule in November is myristicin. It is a natural organic compound present in small amounts in nutmeg and to a lesser extent in other spices such as parsley and dill.
